The central panel is flexible and auto adjusts the angle of thrust according to the strength of your kick, meaning a milder angle of attack for kicking with gentle kicks and a more aggressive angle for kicking and full strength with adjustments at every point in between.
For frog kicking, there is an improvement in manoeuvrability due to the new twin-tip winglets. The innnovative two piece design with separate blade and foot pocket means you can switch between foot pockets (full foot or boot fit). It also means the fins are easy to pull apart and pack for travel!
